WE WANT YOU TO ABSOLUTELY ADORE YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE FROM MSue Accessories. IF, FOR A REASON, YOU ARE UNSATISFIED, YOU MAY RETURN THE ITEMS WITH THE TERMS BELOW FOR THE PIECES YOU’VE PURCHASED.
- If the product you purchased was not what you expected read below.
- Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Returns are not acceptable if: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- We do not accept Earrings for a return.
- SALE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE

- We will offer a store credit for the same amount the customer paid.
We will not accept returns if:
- The item is not in its original condition, damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- The item is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
